new_it_girl: (pll - doubt)
There was an actual town creepier than Rosewood. Hanna didn't think it was possible, but Ravenswood was the clear winner. There was a mime! 'A' was clearly evil.

The end of A? )

[from 4x12 "Now You See Me, Now You Don't," though with a significant change regarding A; warning: this ooc note is going to be long!

This will be the last post for awhile concerning A. In this timeline, the Liars are moving on to college and other things, so I gave them the closure they didn't quite get in the actual episode. The Ali mystery will continue in future catch up posts.

Also, there was another A revealed at the end of this episode, one the girls don't know about. If the writers do a good job with this one, I may revisit it. If they fail like they did with last year's reveal, then I'm done. Which means this might be the final A post. Aww.]
new_it_girl: (pll - rosewood sucks)
Things weren't much better when daylight arrived. In fact, it was much worse.

Just another day in Rosewood... )

[From 4x01 "A is for Alive"; warning for character death, creepy lairs, and more mysteries; one more from this ep in a few days]
new_it_girl: (pll - do not want)
It'd been awhile since Hanna had been in Rosewood. She hadn't returned since the night of the cabin fire. She didn't really take kindly to nearly being killed, or the million questions that rose up from that night alone.

Tonight was different. )

[and we're back with the canon catch ups! I missed my ridiculous show. From 4x01 "A is for Alive"; Anyway, same warnings apply for creepiness and gross things.]
new_it_girl: (pll - scared)
Hanna was glad the latest Fandom shenanigans didn't have an effect on her.

Why? Because she'd forgotten about a contest she signed up for a few weeks ago. She only remembered now because she got an email notice yesterday informing her she'd won a chance to meet the hottest new designer in Philly. Though, she supposed, it would be nice to have Fandom's fun idea of a disguise to throw off 'A.'

Wherein Hanna is set up. )

[from 3x16 "Misery Loves Company"; warning for creepy mannequins, scary threats, and slight violence; still can't believe this is an ABCFamily show!]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - surprised)
Hanna looked around the train car she was currently standing in. There was a reason she was standing there with the particular group she was with. Aria, Emily, and Spencer were there, of course. Their significant others as well: Caleb, Paige, and Toby. Jenna and Noel stood nearby, as did Jason. Then there was Lucas. This wasn't a coincidence.

Wherein there is exposition and pretty pictures. )

Wherein clues are put together and punches are thrown. )

[warning for violence, character death, and very creepy subject matter that might be triggery; from 3x13 "This is a Dark Ride"; these girls really need therapy, omg.]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - uh oh)
Another Creepy Night in a Graveyard )

A Killer Finally Revealed )

[nfb, nfi; warning for creepy cemeteries, psychopaths, character death, and gun violence; from 3x12 "The Lady Killer"; finished at least until the Halloween episode airs, then glorious hiatus from canon catch ups.]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - door)
As soon as she returned from the trip, Hanna got right on a train to Rosewood. Spencer had kept her up to date on everything.

An Intervention Gone Awry )

Hanna doesn't approve of Caleb's weapon of choice. )

[nfb, nfi; dialog from 3x12 "The Lady Killer"; final canon catch up post of the first half of S3 will be posted in a few hours]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - uh oh)
Hanna was back home just a few days after her encounter with Caleb. This time it was because Emily needed her best friends tonight. Besides, if no one could make it to Fandom this weekend, she might as well go to them.

Another crazy adventure within. )

[warning for blood, accidental stabbing, and disturbing themes; from 3x10 "What Lies Beneath"]
new_it_girl: (pll - scared)
Hanna was so freaked out about what Detective Wilden discussed with her last night. More importantly, why was 'A' threatening to frame her? It was made clear when she found an old Ouija board waiting for her. It was a reminder of a memory from the past.

Wherein Hanna may never sleep again. )

[warning for more dark themes involving an asylum behind the cut; from 3x07 "Crazy" which is the creepiest episode to date, imo]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - door)
Hanna returned again to the asylum, hoping tonight would be different. She was almost certain it would be more of the same.

She'd be surprised. )

[same warnings for creepy apply; dialogue from 3x03 "Kingdom of the Blind"]
new_it_girl: (pll - short - concerned)
In the next few days after That Night, things had taken a turn for the even more creepy.

Yes, that was possible. )

[from 3x02, "Blood is the New Black"; same warnings from past catch ups apply!]
new_it_girl: (pll - nervous)
After an unsettling visit at a sanitarium, the last place Hanna wanted to be was the creepy motel where A's lair had been. Many things led them to this place at this moment.

Was it happening again? )

[Partially tweaked dialog from 3.01 "It Happened That Night." My canon is the creepiest ever.]
new_it_girl: (pll - did you hear that?)
It was a holiday weekend and Emily was back from Haiti. This definitely was cause for celebration and distractions from the upcoming anniversary. It also required beverages their parents would disapprove of. What? Celebrations weren't the same if they couldn't toast it with alcohol. Who cares that it was creepy outside due to thunder and lightning. Not that it mattered. Spencer's house was perpetually creepy all on its own.

It all started with a party... )

...and ended in a cemetery. )

[NFB, NFI; Warning for dark themes and serious creepiness; dialog from 3.01 "It Happened That Night."

This is the first of about ten canon catch up posts between now and Halloween, so expect some spamming ;)]
new_it_girl: (pll - scared)
Hanna was standing outside a creepy doll shop at night wondering if she and her friends lost their damn minds. There were many things that led them to this point. Fate maybe? Destiny? Whatever it was, Hanna didn't appreciate it.

Behind the cut? The creepiest thing that ever happened on this show. )

[nfb, nfi, etc; from 2x24 "If These Dolls Could Talk"; one more to go if tomorrow's finale isn't a cliffhanger; not sure if I should be amused or terrified that a town where some of my family lives was used for this scene]
