Hanna didn't tell anyone she was going to the sanitarium again. She didn't tell Spencer when they'd been taking part in caffeine therapy just a few hours ago. She didn't tell her mom. She was still using a false identity when she visited. That's how much she didn't want anyone to know about these visits.
